Who may use the site

This site is a private portal for current owners of the six townhomes at 1403–1413 Kenilworth Ave, Charlotte NC, and for HOA-appointed administrators. Accounts are provisioned by the HOA; there is no public sign-up. If you are not a current owner or administrator, you have no permission to access authenticated portions of this site.

Account use

• Keep your password confidential; do not share your login.
• Notify the HOA promptly at hoa@kenilworth-hoa.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Information you submit (profile details, uploaded documents) must be accurate and concern only your unit and tenancy.

Payments and autopay

When you enable autopay, you authorize Kenilworth Townhomes HOA Inc. to initiate ACH debit entries from the bank account you link via Stripe, in the amount of any charges posted to your unit. The HOA does not store your bank account or routing numbers — those are held by Stripe under Stripe’s terms.

You may revoke autopay at any time from the Payments page, or by notifying the HOA in writing (email sufficient). Revocation takes effect with reasonable time for the HOA to act. If a debit is incorrect, you may dispute it with your bank within 60 days of settlement.

Dues amounts, due dates, late fees, and other charges are governed by the HOA’s bylaws and board resolutions, not by this website. Questions about a specific charge should go to the Treasurer at hoa@kenilworth-hoa.com.

Refunds and corrections

Charges posted in error, overpayments, or duplicate ACH debits will be corrected by the HOA Treasurer on a case-by-case basis, typically by voiding the affected charge or posting a credit to your unit’s account. Contact hoa@kenilworth-hoa.com to report an issue.

Acceptable use

You agree not to probe, scan, or interfere with the site’s security features; upload malware or unlawful content; or attempt to access data belonging to other units. Violations may result in suspension of portal access — your underlying ownership rights and obligations under the HOA’s governing documents are unaffected by such suspension.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active owner accounts before they take effect.
